Hikes 14 miles into town - Doug, Peggy and Charlotte (chipmunk) are on the way to visit with us for 3 days. The hike was relatively easy - steep down hill towards the end - it rained just enough to wet the rocks and make it slippery - I did detour a little yesterday and today - but did find my way out again. We are looking forward to some rest before the last 577 miles. The last few days and night were cold.
